1. License Grant & Scope
Subject to compliance with these Terms, Tabvoro Technologies Inc. grants the subscriber a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install, execute, and utilize the Tabvoro Enterprise Browser client software and associated cloud synchronization infrastructure for lawful multi-identity testing, digital marketing operations, and automated quality assurance.
2. Prohibited Operational Boundaries
The software and cloud infrastructure shall not be utilized directly or indirectly for:
- Unauthorized network penetration, vulnerability scanning, or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) campaigns.
- Credential stuffing, credential harvesting, unauthorized brute-forcing, or account takeover attempts.
- Transmission of malware, remote access trojans (RATs), spyware, or fraudulent phishing mechanisms.
- Circumvention of court orders, export control sanctions, or applicable federal cybersecurity statutes.
Violation of these boundaries results in immediate termination of cloud synchronization services and permanent tenant blacklisting.
3. Master Cryptographic Key Custody
Under our zero-knowledge security architecture, all profile decryption keys are derived from your corporate credentials and maintained strictly client-side. Tabvoro does not store, possess, or have the technical ability to recover lost master cryptographic passwords.
Subscribers bear exclusive responsibility for securing their credentials, master passwords, and administrative access tokens.
4. Service Availability & SLA
Tabvoro strives for 99.9% uptime across our Cloudflare-backed distributed synchronization endpoints. Scheduled maintenance windows with impact exceeding 15 minutes will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance via status dashboard notifications.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Tabvoro Technologies Inc., its directors, officers, employees, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data corruption, or operational interruption, arising out of the use or inability to use the software.
6. Governing Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
